(Greatest Insult)

An attempt at English translation:
Today our daughter was doing house chores.
I asked her what she was doing.
I asked her if she needed my help.
She gave me the answer – in English, I do house chores, if I need help then I’ll ask Shuchita (name?) (this sentence confused me a little bit)
Who insulted me the greatest, in India?
Many kinds of insults are there, but not knowing English completely is the greatest insult.
My daughter had insulted me to the greatest (extent).

Today our daughter was doing her homework. I inquired what she was doing and asked if she needed help. She replied that she was doing her English homework and if she needed help will ask Suchita. For an Indian what can be more insulting than this. Of all the forms of insults “Your English is not good enough” is huge. I was terribly insulted by my daughter.

Gosh, I was quite way off. I think your translation is correct, now I can see it in retrospect. Thanks.

Dear Mr. Anil Kumar,
I guess by आङ्ग्लभाषायाः गृहकार्यं करोमि Mr. HImanshu Pota meant that his daughter said to him “I am doing homework related to the studies of English language.”
Your translation “..in English, I do house chores,” seems to be way out of the mark. One cannot be doing house-chores in English, right ?
Also, in the last line महत्तमः अपमानम् should be read as महत्तमम् अपमानम्
