पूर् इति धातुः (to fill) चुरादिगणीयः उभयपदी धातुः अस्ति।
णिच् प्रत्ययरूपम् (causative form) – सः कूपीं पूरयति। (He causes the bottle to fill.)
रिच् इति धातुः (to empty) रुधादिगणीयः उभयपदी चुरादिगणीयः उभयपदी च अस्ति। चुरादिगणीयरूपाणि सरलानि भवति। यद्यथा – रेचयति रेचयतः रेचयन्ति।
णिच् प्रत्ययरूपम् (causative form) – सा पात्रं रेचयति। (She causes the vessel to be empty.)
